About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Prayagraj for a Turbine Assistant and Tetra Pak Machine Operator Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting turbine and Tetra Pak machine operations.
• Starting, stopping, and monitoring equipment under supervision.
• Performing routine checks, basic adjustments, cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Observing gauges and indicators.
• Reporting irregularities.
• Assisting with changeovers.
• Following standard operating procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately recording production and equipment data.
• Following all safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines.
• Working closely with senior operators, technicians, and supervisors.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational mechanical aptitude and interest in working with industrial equipment, turbines, or packaging machinery.
• Basic understanding of production processes, machine operation, or utility plant operations.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols accurately.
• Attention to detail for monitoring gauges, recording readings, and identifying irregular machine behavior.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, handling tools, and working near running machinery.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial trades is a plus.
• Experience with any industrial machinery is an advantage.
