About the Role
The Electrician: LT Panels role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves installation, wiring, and termination of LT panels, as well as routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in sports infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, wiring, and termination of LT panels.
- Routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Identifying and resolving electrical issues.
- Performing repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
- Supporting commissioning activities for new installations.
- Following safety standards and electrical codes.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
- Coordinating with project engineers, supervisors, and other site personnel.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering principles relevant to LT panels and low-voltage systems.
- Practical skills in electrical work, including installation, wiring, and panel assembly.
- Experience in maintenance & repair of electrical equipment, focusing on preventive and corrective actions.
- Troubleshooting skills to diagnose faults in LT panels and associated circuits and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and panel schedules.
- Strong commitment to electrical safety standards, use of appropriate PPE, and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant technical qualification such as ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
- Licensed or certified electrician status is an advantage.
- Previous experience working on construction or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
- Experience with sports facilities is a plus.
