• Job Schedule: 9/80 (Employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off)
• This is an entry-level professional role with broad theoretical job knowledge, working under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in tracking and proactive management of IRAD to ensure strategic merit, business case, and program performance.
• Aid in assessing emerging technologies and conducting competitive intelligence assessments, particularly with regards to disruptors or new entrants in core markets.
• Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, and partnerships.
• Develop, manage, or support the organization's strategic planning process, which may include development of go-to-market strategies and direction of market launch/messaging/implementation plans/integrated marketing campaigns, as well as thought leadership initiatives.
• Perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities.
• Develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.
• Oversee market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
• Provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives.
• Help business units define vision, strategies, and tactics.
• Communicate with contracts in own team to explain and interpret information.
• Contribute to systems and processes changes in work routines.
• Work to achieve operational targets that impact team results.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in business, liberal arts, data analysis, data science, or a related field, OR have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months (regardless of age).
