SAP COE Quote to Cash 3PL Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 Application Management Services (AMS) support for end-to-end Quote to Cash logistics processes involving 3PL operations.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management for Q2C-logistics-related issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Support and monitor integrations with third-party logistics providers, including shipment execution, freight billing, proof of delivery, and carrier settlement processes.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring logistics, interface, and billing issues and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Support month-end and period-end activities, including billing accuracy validation, revenue reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Execute minor enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the AMS scope.
• Manage logistics-related master data and transactional data impacting Q2C flows.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional internal teams such as Order Management, Finance, Warehouse, Transportation, and IT.
• Collaborate with external 3PL partners to ensure smooth operational execution and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare, maintain, and update operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles related to Q2C logistics support.
• Support project-related activities and global rollouts related to logistics or Q2C process enhancements.
• Provide subject matter expertise during audits, system upgrades, or transformation initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in SAP
• Expertise in Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes
• Experience with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations
• Knowledge of Application Management Services (AMS)
• Familiarity with logistics integrations (shipment execution, freight billing, proof of delivery, carrier settlement)
• Understanding of billing accuracy validation, revenue reconciliation, and master/transactional data management within Q2C.
