About the Role

Bluebird Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Healthcare Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, full-time, permanent position with an on-site presence required in Limerick, PA. This position is a temp-to-perm opportunity; during the first 6 months, the hire will be paid an hourly rate with no commission. Great commission opportunities start at 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit clinical professionals via job boards, social media, referrals, cold calls, and internal database
• Screen candidates for experience, credentials, licensure, and culture fit
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, interviewing, job offers, assist during candidate’s onboarding
• Ensure compliance with all Joint Commission and state licensure requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians through proactive communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with account managers and compliance teams to fill open orders promptly
• Stay up to date on healthcare industry trends, licensure requirements, and competitive market rates

Requirements & Tech Stack

• On-site in Limerick, PA (This is not a remote position)
• Healthcare clinical experience, preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and marketing video outreach to candidates (video messages of yourself speaking is a requirement of the job)
• Strong social media skills. Will manage a company TikTok page for recruiting purposes
• Willing to attend job fairs (some local, some nationally as needed)
• Willing to attend networking events
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
