About the Role
LaSalle Network is seeking Claims Adjudicators for a 10-month temporary opportunity to support medical claims adjustment projects. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable working towards production goals, examining claim details, and maintaining focus through repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Adjudicate and adjust medical claims accurately and efficiently.
- Complete refunds, claim adjustments, and retroactive reviews.
- Support projects across three vendors, including approximately 2,300 retro reviews.
- Interpret claim information and select accurate EOB codes.
- Track and manage claim activity using Excel spreadsheets.
- Meet production goals of approximately 12–14 claims per hour, depending on the project.
- Maintain approximately 95% quality and accuracy.
- Remain productive and detail-focused while completing repetitive claim-processing work.
- Work a 37.5-hour week.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Medical claims processing or Claims Adjudicator experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical claims adjudication workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excel proficiency and confidence working from spreadsheets throughout the day.
- Comfort working against production, quality, and KPI expectations.
- Dependability, accountability, and strong time-management skills.
Compensation
- $22–$23/hour
