Barista

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Greet guests and take orders.
• Operate coffee equipment.
• Handle food and beverage preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service.
• Manage transactions at the point of sale.
• Support the wider team during busy periods.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
• Hands-on Barista experience with basic Coffee and Beverage preparation skills, including operating espresso machines and related equipment.
• Clear Communication abilities.
• Food Preparation knowledge and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram in a fast-paced setting, including flexible schedules, weekends, and peak hours.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and strong time-management skills.
• Prior experience in a café, coffee shop, or fast-casual restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic numeracy and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
