Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates, types, edits, and proofreads copy for proposals, presentations, reports, and related marketing materials of a basic nature.
- Assists more senior writers on marketing projects.
- May write copy of a basic and routine nature.
- Researches qualifications and experience information from the firm’s databases for use in marketing materials.
- Responds promptly to requests for marketing materials and information.
- Assists in assembly of high-quality marketing materials through document production, copying, binding, and delivery, as needed.
- Enters data and maintains reliable, accurate, and high-quality databases for marketing and promotional activities.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent command of grammar and spelling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as a contributing member of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and essential functions, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
