About the Role
- Recruitment of general insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Preparing monthly business plans and implementing them for achievement of desired performance.
- Training Advisors/Agents on company products.
- Motivating Advisors for sales and better customer service.
- Explanation of company products with necessary documentation.
- Developing the full potential of the team to achieve respective targets.
- Generating new business in motor and other non-motor insurance.
- Appointing new Advisors/Agents in the territory and generating new business through them.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post graduate (GI experience preferred).
- Experience: 6 Months + in the relevant field / Fresher can be considered with relevant knowledge.
