About the Role
Techademy is looking for a Growth Intern who is a proactive fresher and understands Telugu youth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Telugu influencers and content creators on Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Connect with influencers, discuss collaborations, and negotiate promotional deals.
- Stay updated on trending reels, memes, viral content, and social media trends popular among Telugu youth.
- Research competitors and identify new ideas to improve brand reach and generate leads.
- Support college promotions, fests, events, and student community activities.
- Come up with creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Telugu speaking
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and growth marketing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
Qualifications
- Freshers are considered.
- Participation in college fests, events, or promotional activities.
- Personal social media pages, content creation, or knowledge of trending content.
- Experience organising student activities or managing communities.
- Personal projects, influencer outreach, or marketing initiatives.
Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore
Working Days - 6 days a week, WFO
Time - 11am to 8pm
Duration - 3 months
Stipend - 25k per month
Note - Post completion of internship, Full time conversion opportunity based on performance (Upto 5LPA + 1LPA Variable)
