What You Will Teach

• Aptitude & Logical Reasoning: arithmetic, percentages, time and work, probability, data interpretation and puzzles.
• Verbal Ability & Communication: grammar, reading, spoken English, email writing, group discussions and presentations.
• Technical Training & Programming: Python, coding problems, data structures, SQL, and computer science basics.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach classes using provided session plans and worksheets.
• Travel to colleges and conduct training sessions and workshops on campus.
• Run interview practice (technical, HR, and group discussions) and AI mock interviews on NeoHireAI.
• Run timed tests, review them with learners, and hold doubt-clearing sessions.
• Maintain attendance and score registers.
• Send weekly reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fresh B.Tech, B.Sc or MBA graduates.
• Good communication and English speaking skills.
• Willing to travel (mandatory) to colleges across Andhra Pradesh and beyond.
• Willing to learn all three teaching areas (Aptitude, Verbal, Technical).
• Willing to learn our complete training material on GitHub and teach from it.
• Telugu is a plus.

Training

• All training material will be provided.
• You will be fully trained in your first month before you begin teaching.
