About the Role
The Recruiting Intern will support Wenova Brands’ hiring efforts by assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization. This full-time, on-site position is based in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening resumes
- Coordinating interviews
- Maintaining candidate communication
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Helping schedule and track interviews
- Assisting in updating recruitment dashboards and reports
- Supporting onboarding and training coordination for new team members
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and applicant tracking systems or HR software.
Qualifications
- Skills related to Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
- Skills related to Interviewing and Communication to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Great communication skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Ability to maintain professional confidentiality.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or campus hiring is an advantage.
