As an Associate, you will conduct quality control reviews of AI-generated contract data and perform manual data extraction when AI outputs are unavailable or require correction. You will ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project guidelines, while identifying and resolving discrepancies to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control reviews of AI-extracted contract data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements, where applicable.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs against source contract documents.
  • Manually extract contract metadata, clauses, and other required information when AI-generated outputs are unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and quality while reviewing large volumes of contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to Contract Insights standard operating procedures, quality standards, and project-specific requirements.
  • Escalate complex issues, ambiguities, and extraction exceptions to project leads in a timely manner.
  • Participate in team discussions, training sessions, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen service delivery and support professional development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • 0-3 years in a law firm, Corporate, or LPO in substantive transactional contracts support, including reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts, including procurement, sales agreements, NDAs, software license agreements, and other commercial agreements.
  • Experience working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment; legal process outsourcing experience preferred.
  • Ability to use MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience providing substantive contract support to multinational companies, including contract review, abstraction, and management.
  • Flexibility to work across different projects and contract-related activities, including contract abstraction and AI-assisted contract review.
  • Highly organized, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies in contract data.
  • Ability to work effectively with AI and other technologies and adapt to evolving tools and processes.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply project guidelines consistently and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Law graduate with a minimum of 7.0 CGPA or 65% aggregate marks in your highest law qualification (LL.B. or LL.M.).
  • LLM degree is an added advantage.
  • Completion of Class XI and XII in either the Medical or Non-Medical stream is an added advantage.
