About the Role

Dawn - The Marketing Agency is looking for a Video Editor and Photographer/Videographer in Pune. This is a full-time remote position with occasional in-person collaboration. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about content creation and eager to grow. Beginners and freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
• Assisting with photography and videography for shoots.
• Bringing creative concepts to life through engaging visuals.
• Collaborating with the team to create content for different brands.
• Exploring new editing styles, trends, and creative ideas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to good knowledge of video editing.
• A decent understanding of photography or videography.
• Familiarity with editing software (anything you are comfortable with).
• Basic Photoshop knowledge is a plus but not a necessity.
• A portfolio, personal reels, freelance projects, or other work that demonstrates your skills.
• Someone who is genuinely passionate about content creation, eager to learn, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
• Professional photography or videography equipment is not required; gear for shoots will be provided.

Qualifications

• You don’t necessarily need formal job experience, but showcasing your work (Instagram reels, personal projects, freelance work, or any other creative projects) is essential.

Location

Pune, Maharashtra

Collaboration

• Primarily weekdays.
• In-person collaboration at a co-working space or a mutually decided location approximately 3 days a week.
• Weekend work is generally not expected.

Salary

₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
