About the Role
The Ads Measurement Signal and Privacy (MSP) team at TikTok is responsible for building security and governance infrastructure and processes for the ads system. The team aims to ensure the platform remains compliant with global regulations while exploring and implementing cutting-edge privacy-enhancing technologies to protect users and foster a creative community. This role involves hands-on experience, industry exposure, and applying knowledge to real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Build products for signal integration, management, and insights, utilizing in-house solutions and third-party integrations.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable tech foundations for data collection and quality management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, UX, compliance) to enhance measurement.
- Lead and manage the development of products and processes to address urgent business needs.
- Identify, explore, and implement cutting-edge measurement technologies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Go, Javascript, Java, C++ (proficient in at least one)
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong ownership and curiosity towards new technologies.
- Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Preferred: Working experience in the ad domain.
- Preferred: Experience building ad product solutions or ad delivery systems.
- Preferred: Experience with big data processing.
- Preferred: Experience with ads measurement or ads privacy technology.
