About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential properties.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and company standards.
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform troubleshooting.
• Replace faulty components.
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent hazards.
• Coordinate with supervisors or site managers.
• Document work performed.
• Advise residents on basic electrical safety and equipment use.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• Use appropriate tools and protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Electricity and electrical work for residential installations.
• Maintenance & repair skills for routine and emergency electrical service tasks.
• Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles relevant to house wiring and load distribution.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a site team.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical training or certification in electrical trade.
• Prior residential electrician experience is preferred.
