Speech Language Pathologist/therapist

About the Role

Suvatsalya Child Growth & Development Centre is a multidisciplinary child development center. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, including issues related to articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Conduct standardized and informal assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress through regular documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, special educators, behavior therapists, and families to ensure integrated care.
• Provide parent training and guidance to support skill carryover at home.
• Contribute to early intervention programs.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related concerns.
• Abilities in pediatric assessment, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and collaboration skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• BASLP/MASLP preferred.
• Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology/Speech and Hearing.
• Relevant clinical licensure or registration as applicable.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Experience in early intervention, autism spectrum disorders, and school-based or clinic-based pediatric practice will be preferred.
