As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding top talent for all non-sales departments. You will manage the entire candidate search process and the needs of your dedicated hiring managers, emphasizing urgency and results. Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless initial onboarding experience for candidates.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to work with the latest technologies
• Desire to contribute to TQL's continued growth
• Comfortable working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment
• College degree preferred, but not required
