About the Role

YUANTAI International Supply Chain Limited is a logistics and supply chain company focused on efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods. This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Team Member role based in Noida. The position involves handling daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment where operational reliability and collaboration are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming shipments
• Verifying documentation
• Unloading materials safely
• Organizing and packing goods
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Assisting with shipping and receiving activities
• Operating material handling equipment when required
• Maintaining clean and orderly storage areas
• Following safety and inventory procedures
• Coordinating with supervisors and colleagues to meet operational targets

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Shipping & Receiving
• Skills in Packing
• Skills in Unloading
• Skills in Forklift Operation (appropriate certification where required)
• Skills in Pallet Jack operation
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures
• Ability to perform manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights
• Attention to detail
• Reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial
