About the Role

The Data Mining Engineer will design, implement, and optimize data mining pipelines that power Unifers.ai’s enrichment and profiling capabilities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and preprocess large datasets.
• Develop scalable algorithms for pattern discovery.
• Extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to improve lead identification, profile enrichment, and conversion workflows.
• Monitor model performance and data quality.
• Support high-impact, data-informed product decisions through regular engagement with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analysis for large and complex datasets.
• Solid foundation in Statistics for modeling, hypothesis testing, and performance evaluation.
• Expertise in Algorithms and Data Mining techniques for clustering, classification, recommendation, and pattern discovery.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for data work, such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with big data frameworks or tooling (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, or similar) and cloud platforms is beneficial.
• Background in data-intensive applications such as lead scoring, profile enrichment, or recommendation systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Adherence to ethical data practices and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
