About the Role

Rastafari AI Inc. is building Ra, a sacred AI oracle designed to offer wisdom and guidance grounded in Rastafari philosophy. The platform serves individuals who seek knowledge, insight, and truth through a thoughtful, spiritually aware digital experience. This internship role is an on-site position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to early-stage startup operations and AI-driven product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with product research.
• Documenting features.
• Helping refine user experiences for Ra.
• Gathering user feedback.
• Organizing content or data.
• Preparing internal reports.
• Collaborating with team members on small projects.
• Helping with general operational tasks, such as coordinating meetings, updating project trackers, and supporting communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Interest in AI, digital products, or emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and contribute to product development activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information clearly and prepare basic documentation.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Demonstrated curiosity about philosophy, culture, spirituality, or social impact work, and openness to engaging with Rastafari-informed perspectives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in the San Francisco Bay Area and to adapt in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., humanities, social sciences, computer science, design, business) is preferred but not required.
