About the Role
HM Richards is a 27-year-old upholstery and furniture manufacturing company focused on expansion. We have openings for a Loader in our Guntown, MS location.
Key Responsibilities
- Uses a two-wheeler to move finished product into a trailer for shipment.
- Receives load sheets from the shipping supervisor detailing trailer location, dock number, delivery date, and staging number or bay number.
- Locates staged furniture in the warehouse using the load sheet.
- Transports furniture to the specific trailer for shipment.
- Reports back to the supervisor for new load sheets.
- Communicates with the supervisor and float on questions or problems.
- Works closely with other employees to maintain a team atmosphere.
- Wears appropriate PPE and keeps the work area clean and orderly.
- Performs other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience working in a furniture manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of a manufacturing type environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to submit to a drug test and background investigation.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
