The CE New Graduate Rotational Program 2026/2027 is designed for entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow.

Trainee Program Details

The Trainee Program spans approximately 12 months, focusing on developing and mastering essential tools and skills for success across multiple organizational functions. This program offers a cross-functional, hands-on learning experience through guided segments including:

• Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values, and culture
• Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
• Residential/Commercial Sales
• Wholesale/Branch sales functions
• Distribution/Warehouse functions
• Creating a great customer experience

Upon successful completion, participants will be able to implement and demonstrate the highest level of customer service. Post-training, there will be opportunities to discuss professional goals and career paths, with potential roles in sales, branch sales, warehouse operations, finance, marketing, and more.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution within two years of obtaining it, with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work in changing environments and navigate complexity.
• Willingness to travel during the training period.
• Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program.
• Strong interest in and desire to learn any of the following is a plus: customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, commercial engineering.
• Internship experience in any of the above is a plus.
