Role Description

The Employee role at Tunikinnies is a full-time hybrid position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy creative work, interacting with people, and contributing to a mission-centered small business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with design, creation, and packaging of handmade affirmation cards.
• Maintaining product quality.
• Supporting inventory management.
• Helping with stall setup and customer engagement at local entrepreneur fairs and events.
• Handling sales, answering product-related questions, and representing the brand professionally.
• Basic social media support.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Coordinating deliveries or orders.

Qualifications

• Creative skills: basic design sense, interest in art or lettering, and attention to visual details.
• Customer-facing skills: clear communication, polite interaction, and the ability to explain products in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Organizational abilities: time management, reliability, and careful handling of inventory, orders, and event logistics.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., email, messaging apps, social media) to support online presence and customer communication.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a small, growing business environment.
• Ability to travel within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for fairs and events, including occasional weekend or evening work.

Prior experience in retail, events, or small business settings is an advantage but not required; enthusiasm and commitment are highly valued.
