About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessments and panel discussions for roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and manage communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Use recruitment platforms and social media.
- Track hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or high-growth organizations is an advantage.
