Immigration Tele calling Intern (Unpaid)

About the Role

IMMIGOZ is a global, digital-first immigration and international career organization. This is a 20-hours per week, 12-week, unpaid remote internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls daily to prospective clients and handle incoming customer service or visa inquiries.
• Lead Generation: Pitch company services, screen profiles, and generate qualified leads from web inquiries and social media platforms.
• Explain Visa Services: Provide clear, professional overviews of immigration and visa services (e.g., Student Visas, Tourist/Visitor Visas).
• Appointment Scheduling: Filter potential applicants based on basic eligibility criteria and schedule virtual consultations for senior immigration counsellors.
• Consistent Follow-ups: Maintain detailed follow-ups with warm leads to increase pipeline conversion rates.
• Data Management: Keep systematic records of call summaries, lead statuses, and customer information in CRM software or Excel sheets.
• Connect with clients via calls, chat, and emails.
• Prepare summary notes from consultations.
• Support webinars or information sessions for prospective clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Fluency in Hindi and regional languages (Telugu or Tamil or Malayalam or Gujrati or Kannada or Bengali) is mandatory, along with confident basic English skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, data entry, and process tracking accurately.
• Ability to research immigration pathways, international education options, and career abroad opportunities using reliable sources.
• Comfort with digital tools, online consultation platforms (Zoom or Google meet).
• Client service mindset, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work in a remote setup, collaborate with teams, and follow structured processes and timelines.
• Interest in immigration, global careers, and international mobility.
• Candidates need to have active internet, own calling device, and SIM card.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass; Graduate degree preferred.
• Candidates pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field is preferred.
• College credit is available.
