Position: US IT Recruiter
Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Utilize job portals and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Learn US staffing processes, recruitment tools, and hiring practices.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts is preferred.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Strong interest in building a career in US IT Recruitment.
