Internship Trainee

About the Role

The Internship Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. Interns will support technology, operations, and client delivery teams with tasks such as data collection, documentation, and basic analysis related to Forex, Fintech, and software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with requirement gathering.
• Help prepare reports and presentations.
• Test features under guidance.
• Update project trackers.
• Collaborate with mentors to learn company tools and workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Support internal coordination across technology, infrastructure, and operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and work with technology concepts such as software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or trading platforms.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and document findings clearly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation, reports, and internal updates.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation tools) and willingness to learn new software.
• Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and the ability to work in a diverse team environment on-site in Bengaluru.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, finance, or a related field.
• Interest in Forex, Fintech, or digital transformation domains; prior project or internship experience in these areas is an advantage.
