Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily case selection and allocation as per client SOPs and WIs.
- Conduct quality review of cases (valid and invalid) as per set SLAs.
- Document cases in the SMOCQA tool.
- Perform analysis of refuted errors.
- Ensure quality is achieved as per set SLA (TCS/Client).
- Attend internal and client meetings.
- Attend vendor oversight meetings.
- Ensure compliance with respect to client/TCS trainings.
- Participate in audits as Subject Matter Expert of the Quality Review Processes.
- Perform additional tasks/activities as delegated by the Supervisor.
