Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and generate loan leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Explain basic eligibility and documentation.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into loan cases.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the internal team and banking/NBFC partners.
