Full stack website Developer

About the Role

Target High Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Website Developer for a full-time remote position. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications, working across both front-end and back-end layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing user interfaces.
• Developing server-side logic and APIs.
• Integrating third-party services.
• Optimizing performance and security.
• Collaborating with designers, marketers, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshooting issues.
• Performing code reviews.
• Participating in continuous improvement of the development process.
• Contributing to deployment workflows, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of existing platforms.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Front-end development skills:
• Modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
• HTML5
• CSS3
• Responsive design
• Back-end development skills:
• Experience with one or more server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET)
• Building RESTful APIs
• Database and storage skills:
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Version control and collaboration skills:
• Experience with Git
• Code reviews
• Working within agile or iterative development environments
• Website performance, security, and deployment skills:
• Optimizing load times
• Implementing secure coding practices
• Working with cloud hosting or CI/CD tools

Qualifications
