About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Software Engineer role based in Chennai. The role emphasizes modern engineering practices, collaboration, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software components, primarily focused on back-end services and application logic.
• Write clean, efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Debug and fix issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Learn and apply best practices in software architecture, testing, and deployment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Back-End Web Development:
• Working with APIs.
• Server-side frameworks.
• Databases.
• Software Development Practices:
• Version control.
• Testing.
• Debugging.
• Proficiency in programming with at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript).

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
