About the Role

Apnaaapan is a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow and expand their online presence. The agency offers a dynamic environment for creative professionals who want to develop their skills and contribute to impactful brand campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot short-form video content, including reels for social media platforms.
• Ensure content alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Brainstorm creative concepts.
• Coordinate basic setups for shoots.
• Capture footage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on ideas that support client campaigns.
• Assist with selecting clips.
• Perform basic editing.
• Optimize content for social platforms.
• Stay updated on current trends in short-form video and digital marketing.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to conceptualize and create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of video shooting techniques, including framing, lighting, and sound.
• Familiarity with mobile or entry-level camera equipment and simple editing tools or apps.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a marketing and design team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Relevant coursework or prior project experience in media, communication, or content creation is a plus.
