About The Opportunity
A fast-paced, creative marketing agency operating across India, blending brand strategy, digital innovation, and data-driven campaigns. Seeking a proactive HR Executive who thrives in dynamic environments, owns employee experience, and helps build a culture that fuels creativity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for marketing, design, and content teams—including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer payroll, attendance, leave tracking, and compliance documentation for hybrid and on-site teams across multiple Indian locations.
- Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes to ensure seamless employee transitions and retention.
- Support policy rollout and internal communications to reinforce culture, values, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team events to boost morale and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to gather HR analytics, track KPIs, and improve HR processes using digital tools.
