The Growth Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

- Representing Vistaar Media in client meetings and industry interactions, ensuring a professional and solution-focused approach
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Business development
- Lead generation
- Client relationship management
- Experience with sales planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking using CRM or similar tools
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and a willingness to learn new platforms and technologies as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Relevant experience in media or advertising is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills
