About the Role
The Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Noida Omicron.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production lines.
- Ensure adherence to production plans and quality standards.
- Analyze production data.
- Optimize processes.
- Resolve technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Implement improvements to reduce defects and downtime.
- Support new product introductions.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on the shop floor.

Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or electronics/telecom production environments (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to safety practices.
