About the Role
The Network Engineer role at TheTechDevsec is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Network Engineer will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to support the platform’s operations and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring network performance.
- Diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues.
- Implementing security controls.
- Supporting upgrades and changes to network architecture.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable access to e-learning systems.
- Documenting network configurations and procedures.
- Assisting in planning for scalability and resilience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Network Engineering
- Network Design
- Network Administration (managing routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devices)
- Troubleshooting
- Network Security (implementing and maintaining secure configurations, access controls, and protections against threats)
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols, and basic cloud networking concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design.
- Solid Network Administration capabilities.
- Effective Troubleshooting skills.
- Sound understanding of Network Security.
- Ability to document network setups.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are an advantage.
