Job Positions

• Technical, AI & Aptitude Trainer

• Roles: Junior & Senior Technical Trainer, Junior & Senior Quantitative & Verbal Trainer, Junior & Senior Artificial Intelligence Trainer

• Focus Areas:

• Technical: C, Java, Python, Data Structures, Algorithms

• AI: Prompt Engineering, LLM, AI Assisted Full Stack Web Development, Agentic Architecture, Building Agents

• Aptitude: Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Ability

• Key Responsibilities (General for Trainers):

• Prepare curriculum and content for training delivery.

• Evaluate student performance and resolve queries.

• Explore and learn new technologies.

• Key Responsibilities (AI & Full Stack Roles):

• Act as a trainer with a developer mindset.

• Build live web applications with frontend, backend, and database.

• Spend 30% time in training and 70% time in live application building.

• Work Locations: Chennai, Coimbatore, Amaravathi, Karur, Erode, Vellore, Hyderabad, Karnataka, Vadodara, Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Vijayawada.

• Travel: Candidates must be open to travel; allowances and accommodation covered by the company (not for base location).

• Java Full Stack Trainer (MERN/MEAN Stack)

• Focus Areas: Java Full Stack, MERN Stack, MEAN Stack

• Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trainer with a developer mindset.

• Build live web applications with frontend, backend, and database.

• Prepare curriculum and content for training delivery.

• Spend 30% time in training and 70% time in live application building.

• Evaluate student performance and resolve queries.

• Explore and learn new technologies.

• Work Locations: Chennai, Coimbatore, Vellore, Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Karnataka.

Salary & Compensation

• M.E./M.Tech Freshers: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000/month
• BE Freshers (Internship Period): ₹15,000 to ₹25,000/month (based on interview performance)
• BE Freshers (Post-Internship): 4 to 8 LPA (based on exit test percentage)
• Test Percentage <50% - 4 LPA

• 50 % - 5 LPA

• 60 % - 6 LPA

• 70 % - 7 LPA

• 80 % - 8 LPA

• Experienced Candidates: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
