About the Role
Ideo Graphics is looking for a passionate and creative Creative & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who love visual design, branding, motion graphics, animation, and digital content creation. You'll work directly with the Design Lead and collaborate with the creative team on projects across different brands and digital platforms. We value creativity, curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual designs for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
- Develop graphic assets, layouts, typography, and visual compositions.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos for digital platforms.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and stories.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and explore creative directions.
- Adapt designs across different formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Explore AI-assisted creative tools for ideation and visual production.
- Incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and deliver quality work on time.
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and design deliverables.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for design and a creative mindset.
- A good eye for typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- An interest in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- A portfolio showcasing creative work is required. Academic, personal, freelance, and internship projects are welcome.
- We are open to freshers and recent graduates. You don't need to master every tool already. We value creative thinking, a strong visual foundation, curiosity, and the willingness to experiment and grow.
