Associate Growth Office

• Analyze financial statements to assess financial performance, business fundamentals, and key financial indicators.
• Prepare credit memos, investment teasers, and other financial documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business analysis, financial projections, and decision-making.
• Conduct financial and business research to gather relevant market, company, and industry insights.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and well-structured analytical outputs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and key accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of financial modelling and preparation of credit memos or teasers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present insights effectively.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Internship experience with a reputed Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm or a recognised financial research firm.
• Exposure to financial analysis, credit research, investment research, or transaction-related assignments will be an advantage.
