About the Role

Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Bartenders to join their team. This full-time role involves creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for guests by preparing and serving a variety of drinks, ensuring memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Delivering friendly, professional, and attentive service at all times.
• Anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests.
• Ensuring drinks are replenished and guests are well looked after throughout service.
• Supporting the smooth running of service by clearing and resetting tables.
• Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Collecting and washing glassware and ensuring glasses are polished and ready for service.
• Handling payments accurately, including operating tills and processing transactions.
• Restocking fridges, shelves, and bar stations.
