Field Executive - Fundraising & Social Impact

Paranubhuti Foundation is seeking proactive and responsible Field Executives to support fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange donations.
• Connect with donors and local businesses.
• Coordinate field campaigns.
• Obtain necessary permissions for events and fundraising activities.
• Build relationships with community members and supporters.
• Conduct field visits.
• Perform donor outreach.
• Identify fundraising opportunities.
• Coordinate volunteers and team members.
• Organize awareness campaigns.
• Maintain activity reports.
• Support the implementation of the Foundation’s social welfare initiatives in health, education, women empowerment, disability support, and community development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication skills.
• Good coordination skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Interest in social work and fundraising.

Qualifications

• Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Candidates with fieldwork, sales, marketing, event management, or fundraising experience will be preferred.
