About the Role

A full-time, on-site position involving the management of day-to-day finance and accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day finance and accounts operations
• Maintaining ledgers
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing periodic financial statements
• Ensuring accurate GST compliance and filings
• Coordinating with internal teams and external auditors
• Supporting budgeting and cost control activities
• Monitoring revenue from diagnostic services
• Supporting sales-related financial processes
• Generating reports for management decision-making

Qualifications

• Strong finance skills, including budgeting, cash flow management, and cost analysis
• Expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, return filing, and reconciliation
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and management reports
• Account management skills, including ledger maintenance, receivables and payables tracking, and reconciliation
• Familiarity with sales processes and revenue tracking related to diagnostic services
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage
• Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostics finance and accounts operations is preferred
