As a Data & Reporting Analyst Lead at ICON, you will lead the development and implementation of data analysis and reporting strategies to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving the development and implementation of data reporting solutions that enable effective business decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reporting optimization and data insights across various departments.
• Overseeing the collection, interpretation, and presentation of data to inform business strategies and operational decisions.
• Providing strategic guidance on the integration of data analytics and reporting tools into existing workflows and systems.
• Establishing partnerships with external stakeholders to leverage emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and reporting.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex reporting initiatives.
• Expertise in data interpretation and analytics, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Solid scientific operations experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
