Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our International Voice Process team. Candidates will handle international customer queries, resolve concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3) / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (0-5 years)
• Age Limit: 18-35 years
• Regular college students are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

• Take-Home Salary: ₹19,000 to ₹27,000 per month (after statutory deductions)
• Free two-way cab facility within a 23 km radius (subject to company policy)

Job Details

• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational weekly offs
• Rotational US shifts, including night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates must reside within a 23 km radius of the office
