About the Role

Bonfring Consulting Services (BCS) is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and talented Research Writers. This role is for individuals passionate about research, academic writing, technical content development, and scholarly publications, aiming to build a career in the research and publication industry. The position is open to freshers and candidates with 1+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality research papers, technical articles, review papers, and academic manuscripts.
• Conduct literature reviews and identify relevant research gaps.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and present research-related information.
• Develop technical content in domains including Engineering, Science, Management, Computer Science, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in manuscript preparation, editing, proofreading, and formatting.
• Understand journal and conference publication requirements.
• Work collaboratively with research scholars, academic professionals, and internal project teams.
• Ensure originality, academic integrity, proper referencing, and adherence to publication standards.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining content quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, reading, and research abilities.
• Interest in academic writing, scientific research, and scholarly publications.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, research databases, and referencing tools is desirable.
• Willingness to learn new research methodologies and technical concepts.
• Candidates from Engineering, Science, Arts, Management, and Computer Science backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1+ years of experience.

Salary and Commitment

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and performance).
• Initial Training/Internship Period: 3 Months.
• Internship Stipend: Up to ₹12,000 per month.
• Employment Commitment: A mandatory 2-year employment agreement.
