About the Role
Join KBS as a full-time, permanent Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule & Pay
- Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour
- Shifts Available:
- Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Days/nights vary, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Perform the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned:
- Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash.
- Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy.
- Cleaning totes and other items.
- Performing deep cleaning as needed.
- Following all safety and quality standards.
- Completing other basic janitorial duties.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
- Frequent walking in and around the facility throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English).
- Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation).
- Must download and use the KBSPresence mobile app on a personal mobile device for timekeeping, attendance management, training completion, and employment-related information.
- Cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.
