About the Role

As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for ongoing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the economic management of Recover Health and Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and evaluation of financial reports and key performance indicators.
• Maintenance and reconciliation of financial accounting.
• Analysis of revenues, costs, and budgets to derive recommendations for action.
• Close collaboration with management and other departments.
• Preparation of financial data in an understandable manner.
• Contribution to the improvement of processes and transparency in the finance area.
• This is a full-time position performed entirely remotely.

Qualifications

• Finance & Accounting: Sound knowledge in Finance, Accounting, and working with financial systems; proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex numerical data, budget analyses, and profitability calculations.
• Communication: Very good communication skills to present financial information understandably to various stakeholders and to collaborate effectively within the team.
• Additional Requirements:
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Proficient use of Excel and common financial or ERP systems.
• Structured, meticulous work approach and high level of personal responsibility in a remote setting.
