- Analyze and provide reports on the effectiveness of our talent branding initiatives, offering data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in employer branding, incorporating them into our strategy as applicable.
- Run campaigns, walkin drives and events to promote hiring.
- Conceptualize and create training video content and marketing video content.
