About the Role
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a dual-role position combining direct patient care and leadership of the Nantucket Tick Center. Approximately 50% of the role is dedicated to clinical practice, and 50% to program development, implementation, operations, patient navigation, education, quality improvement, and research coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based care and manage patients within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality outcomes.
- Build and grow the Nantucket Tick Center.
- Coordinate care for patients with Lyme disease and other tick-borne conditions.
- Develop clinical pathways and workflows.
- Support community education and prevention efforts.
- Serve as a liaison with Mass General Brigham and other clinical and research partners.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) qualification.
- Experience in program development, implementation, operations, patient navigation, education, quality improvement, and research coordination.
- Experience with Lyme disease and other tick-borne conditions.
- Experience developing clinical pathways and workflows.
- Experience supporting community education and prevention efforts.
- Experience serving as a liaison with clinical and research partners.
